To run the product and improve it.

Account data powers features like saved libraries and account access. Analytics help us understand what people use, where the experience is weak, and what content needs to be improved. We process your data to perform our contract with you, pursue our legitimate interest in improving the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We use a small number of external services.

Account data and saved items are stored in Supabase. We may use product analytics tools (such as Vercel Analytics or similar) to measure usage. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Private account data is not public.

Account data is stored in Supabase. We use access controls, including row-level security for account records, so users can only access their own private data. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. We retain support messages for up to two years. Analytics data is typically retained for up to thirteen months.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not publish your private saved items. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising on other platforms.

Stackbased is not directed at children.

Stackbased is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
