Eligibility
By using Stackbased, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian. Stackbased is intended for personal and professional research and discovery.

By publishing a stack publicly, you grant Stackbased a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the service. You can delete your content at any time, which removes it from public view.
Editorial content
Stackbased publishes editorial summaries, comparisons, and recommendations to help users evaluate tools. That content reflects our judgment at the time it is published and may change as products change. Directory listings are not endorsements and may contain inaccuracies — always verify details directly with the tool provider before making purchasing or business decisions.

Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackbased is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that directory content is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackbased and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Stackbased will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Intellectual property
The Stackbased name, logo, editorial content, and site design are owned by Stackbased. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of Stackbased will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
